Spread the love

We love these delicious muffins like a madman, but reality hits home the moment we notice on muffins looking at our sexy low-waisted jeans or dummy body girdles!

Bedon is the slang of the body used for the belly/ hip fat that is accumulated just above your butts. If you get hit with love handles and muffin tops and they keep those six packs away from you, here I have 8 exercises that can shred muffin tops into pieces!

Let’s take a look at the best exercises to get rid of muffin tops:

But before we get to the exercises, let me tell you the mantra for getting rid of those love handles and muffin tops. You need to do cardio body movements and total, as well as room-specific exercises. You can’t spot-reduce, but you can spot-sculpt! But to sculpt, you must first get rid of excess fat.

  1. Candlestick Ourse:

This is enough killer top 1 muffin movement and I can’t thank CasseyHo Pop Pilates trainer for introducing this exercise to me! As this exercise works on your oblique muscles, you will definitely get results with it!

Get on your knees with your abdominals tight and back straight. cushioned under your knees if they are sensitive.
Now straighten the right leg on your side. Make sure your knee is falling right and not to the ground.
Now raise your right hand in your head and tie your fingers. Keep the first 2 fingers joined to the angels of a Charlie pose.
Now bend to your size on your left side. Go as low as possible and try to be parallel to the ground.

Stand in the starting position.
Do 15 dips and repeat on the other side.

2.Hip Dips:

Hip dips are surprisingly effective for toning the obliques and the entire waist circumference.

Get in the board position with your abs tight.
Lower in the forearm board by bending the elbows and coming on your forearms.
Now roll on your left side in a forearm sideboard and stack the right leg on the left leg. Put your right hand on your hip.
Now dip your hip down and lift back.
Make 10 dips on this side, then roll to the other side and make 10 dips.

3.Board of rotation:

Rolling board is another variant of the classic board exercise. It tones your entire midsection. As it is a moving exercise, it is a good form of cardio.

Get into a standard board with your arms extended and tight abs. Make sure your hands are directly under your shoulders.
Now roll on your left side into a sideboard and come back into the board.
Now roll on your right side into a sideboard, then come back into the board.
Keep the sides alternating and finish the 10 rolls on each side.

4. Butt Lift:

This is my all-time favorite exercise for muffin top. It tones up your abdominal, oblique, muffin tops and lifts your butt.

Lie on the floor on your back with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent.
Now, lift your ass up until you get a straight line from knees to shoulders.
It’s even lower than that.
Make-15 – 20 times.

5.Hip twists:

Hip twists are also called whittlers size by some people because they totally, amazingly Whittle your size for good!

Get into a forearm board with your elbows directly under your shoulders and body in a straight line.
Now turn your hip on the left side and touch your left hip on the ground then turn right, then on the right hip on the ground.
Make 20 laps.

Bike Cracks are one of the best and most effective exercises for your abs, belly fat and muffin tops.

7. Russian Twist:

Russian Twist is one of the best exercises to get rid of Love Handles. It strengthens your abdominals, tones your oblique muscles and helps shred that muffin top. You can do it with weight and without weight depending on your level.

Sit on your buttocks with your feet stuck in the ground and knees bent.
Now lean back a little.
Take a dumbbell or Kettlebell in your hands. If this is too much for you, join your hand together.
Now that weight (or your hands) rotate from one side to the other, twisting your torso with it.
Make 10 rounds on each side.

8. Heatwave:

Again an impressive movement for your abs, buttocks, and everything else! I owe this incredible exercise to the Toneitup girls.

Lie on your back with your feet pressed into the ground.
Lift your hips up until you get a line from shoulders to knees.
Now move your hips from side to side in a wave.
Make 15 waves and lower your butt down.
