DINNER: Half chicken breast grilled with garlic and chopped parsley + salad of raw spinach leaves and lettuce seasoned with apple vinegar. Preferred infusion with sweetener, single or with ground cinnamon.

WEDNESDAY:
BREAKFAST: Preferred infusion with sweetener or single + hot water with a slice of lemon unlimited quantity + 1 boiled egg.
LUNCH: 1 skim yogurt + 2 light omelet and 2 pieces of skim cheese + 1 apple and 1 orange.
DINNER: 150 gr grilled red meat + half medium tomato stuffed with boiled brown rice and peas/beans, seasoned with oil and salt threads. Preferred infusion with sweetener or single or ground cinnamon.

THURSDAY:

FRIDAY:

SATURDAY:
